5 stars for sure! I used to come here often a few years ago, as I used to work close by. A couple coworkers and I usually stopped on our lunch breaks. I remember them serving big tasty salads, burgers, ice cream, etc. Everything was fresh, and the ladies behind the counter were always very nice. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll be stopping again. What Simon Earl doesn't like about Valley Harvest Ice Cream Grill:
Just got a loaded burger and fries, listed menu price 9.75 3.00 tax. In no way does this add up to the 18 dollars I was charged. When I mentioned that the price I was charged was not what was listed on the menu I was told 'thats a typo, the burger is 10.75 ' (Thats still not 18 dollars even with tax) To be fair they did try and walk back when I said I would not be coming back, but you can 't unscramble and egg and I... I will not be coming back and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
Way overpriced and took over 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches. order was incorrect as well.
Didn't know it took 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches.... we ordered three sandwiches to go 2 blts and a chicken sandwich. the girl told us it'd be out in a couple minutes. we sat there for 45 minutes and it finally came out. food was cold and rolls were not fresh at all. the chicken sandwich was chopped chicken. why? and there was barely any sauce on the chipotle chicken sandwich. the blts had horseradish on them when we specifically told them no horseradish and asked for mayo. way overpriced and took way too long when we were the only ones in the parking lot. super disappointed and probably not coming here again...
These side of the road shacks are usually hidden gems and Valley Harvest was no exception. The burgers were cooked perfectly and came with plenty of toppings. We forgot the dog food so they even made a burger especially for him and said they knew how to cook perfectly it since a lot of people bring their dogs. The fries were a great portion size and very delicious (sorry, apparently I forgot to take a picture). My only let down was the milkshakes. They were just okay, not as thick as I would have liked it so it lacked a littler in the flavor department but the meal made up for it. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
