I won a $100 gift card to Germantown Hub last year. The gift card had no expiration. I went last week to purchase multiple protein powders and healthy meal powder (My total would have been well over $200). I gave them my gift card to use for part of the total. I was told the gift card would not swipe or work with the new card system they have now because there has been a new owner since I won the gift card. I was told I would not be able to use my $100 gift card. I told the sweet girl working that was unacceptable since the card has no expiration, so I would love to speak with the new owner. Getting a new card system should have nothing to do with my gift card, especially when I was still going to be spending over $100 of my money for 1 transaction. I was told the new owner would call me. Never got a call. The right thing to do would have been honor my gift card. I realize the card wouldn 't swipe with the new system, but they could have easily deducted $100 from my total. I will not support a business that does not put customer service first when I was simply trying to use a gift card.

Was expecting a healthy shake. The place was very pretty and clean and staff was nice. I somehow missed the many bottles of Herbalife on shelves. Look up the company before you support them.
