Super Chicken - Germantown

The staff seems not to look for online orders. I ordered on line and made sure it was so they brought it to my car since I have a broken ankle, when I arrived the order wasn't ready and didn't give me the extra sauce I bought because they gave me platesand told me to come inside to get the food, they did not know they do curbside pick up when online they give you that option.Another time I order through uber and when the food arrived they were missing a side of plantains. I feel that they are verycareless!!!and need to improve and train the staff to have better customer service.

First time here? won?t be back, this salad took over thirty minutes? just for chicken that?s already cooked,. cheese, soggy croutons, and lettuce! I normally go to the super chicken in Vienna .. the service and food is much better. Not to mention theCEASAR DRESSING WAS SUPER SOUR? very strange completely threw off the entire meal, folks you are not getting the properexperience unless you go to the Vienna location. Extra star because the staff was nice

As for the food, it was quite unpleasant. The chaufa rice seemed like it had been reheated multiple times, and the vegetables tasted terrible. The sauces were nothing more than mayonnaise. Additionally, the lady serving us was coughing near the food. While she occasionally tried to cover her mouth with her hands, she ultimately ended up handling the food with unclean hands. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

The yellow sauce is fantastic, but during my last couple of visits, the rice was hard. I also noticed mosquitoes buzzing around the food behind the glass, and it didn't seem like they addressed the issue. I usually don't order from that area, but it's still concerning. Additionally, I think the prices are a bit high for the quality. On one occasion, I saw the owner questioning a worker about a cash register shortage right in front of customers, which I don't think is appropriate.

We recently had the best whole fish we've tried in a long time and we can't recommend it enough. Lucy is fantastic and her cheerful demeanor makes stepping into the restaurant a pleasure. The fried whole Tilapia is incredibly fresh, and anyone who loves fish will truly enjoy it.
