Paisano's - Germantown

The best pizza I've ever had! However, the sandwich bread can be a bit soggy at times or may fall apart.

I've been a loyal customer of Paisanos for many years and have generally enjoyed their food, with only a few minor issues. Today, I placed an online order for a large pizza with three toppings as part of the 3TDW deal, and I was also supposed to receive six zeppoles. With the deal and a $5 reward, it was a fantastic price. However, what I got was just a plain cheese pizza with no toppings and no zeppoles. When I called the restaurant, they kept insisting that was what I ordered, but that wasn't the case. The owner eventually called me to apologize and offered to refund my money. I'm satisfied with the resolution and look forward to ordering from them again, as they do have great food.

The grilled chicken salad was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent.

This was my first time visiting this location, but have always had a positive experience at others. I wasn't disappointed. The staff was warm and friendly and the food was good. What more could you ask for?
