I was visiting family, stayed about 2 weeks, came several times, orders are accurate which is a huge win with fast food places but the people were just rude! Not amount of saying hi or thank you would give that in return, any time of day or every employee we encountered. View all feedback.

I had to wait for pommes and drive five other customers away from the window before I got my order. as if they don't order pommes?
They let me redeem a promo that said it had run out on a day but did not scan. good customer service
Of a 10 pieces chicken combo. server directly asked by the bat, which they like. this is customer service. great experience. when to a mcdonalds on 9100 rothbury dr, gaithersburg, md 20886 and what a lousy service. left to go to these mcdonalds. I'm glad we made it. Thank you.
It's McDonald's, you know what you are there for and they provide. Inside is clean and the food is quick.
