The service is consistently faster, even during busy times. I truly appreciate that the courtesy and quality remain unaffected.

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom if it was an emergency, no one was respectful or even said something to me, they need all new employees. Terrible experience.

If you visit after 10:00, be ready for some stale donuts. Also, Dunkin' Donuts, your staff should wear gloves when handling my donuts. I saw a employee reach into the donut container without gloves, and I found that unacceptable. Gloves are essential!

Absolutely the WORST! Hurts me because I know the family that owns this location but the staff is awful! I ordered ahead and went to the drive-thru for pick up. 1) A young man is laughing and playing with a co-worker and does not even take the fact that I'm there into consideration. 2) the drink I order was only 3/4 filled. I order coffee at dunkin about 4-5 times a week. I know exactly how much the coffee is supposed to be filled. 3) the cup was sticky! I told him that it was sticky and asked for a napkin only for him to grab the drink out of my hand and take it to the back. Came back with a stickier cup! Clearly the young man doesn't take his job seriously. If management reads this, I just hope that the 2 people working on 11/29/2020 at 5:00 PM are faced with some kind of action to avoid future issues. JUST AWFUL!

I'm not sure what led to this change, but I have to say, it was my first time experiencing soft, tender, and fresh donuts. I really hope this becomes a permanent offering!
