We’ll just that it was quite difficult to identify the dish names ? but since google is there was able to identify the equivalent and made the order. Loved the taste of the fried rice and especially their sauces . Loved the green sauce very much with the fried rice. My order had one chicken fried rice and plain fried rice . The food at this restaurant is delicious, however, I am disappointed that they claim to be open until 9:30pm yet the doors are closed by 8:55pm. The service is terrible. They need to either update their working hours or follow through with what they advertise. View all feedback.
Do not come to this restaurant. I organized a 64-person event and ordered the food well in advance, receiving confirmation of the order. On the day of the event, we called in the morning to confirm and were told everything was fine and our order would be ready on time. A few hours before the event, we called again to check on the order, only to be told they wouldn't be able to serve us. They began to give excuses and claim our paperwork was not in order (even though we had confirmation emails). They eventually admitted they had not prepared the food and blamed us for the mistake. This left us without food just hours before our event. Thankfully, we were able to find another restaurant that saved the day. I do not recommend working with Don Pollo.
I visited the UPS store at Don Pollo in Germantown and was enticed by the amazing smells coming from the restaurant. I entered, asked a few questions, and placed my order. I decided to add something to my order a few minutes later, and to my surprise, the person who took my order was the general manager. She was friendly, informative, and very welcoming. I had a fantastic experience. I believe the GM mentioned her name was Maria. I would highly recommend this restaurant and location to anyone.
This restaurant has really declined in quality. The service used to be good, but now the only person with good service is the cook. The manager has worse communication skills than the staff. I had a missing order and called to inform them so that the mistake wouldn't happen again, but they completely ignored me and were not helpful at all. It was very frustrating.
I like to pollen, but lately I have been commanding in which the rice and be pampered, they feel mad another thing that is too cold. I think I pay the same as the others for the same service. please improve the service
With Sardi's out of my way after moving I have been buying food here since 2018. Experience is good. Since mid 2021 however, service has been okay and in my mind the pandemic has been hard on all of us so I chose to be gracious.Today's purchase of my usual fiesta for 6 left me wandering if this has become the norm. Dry chicken that looks like it's been reheated and under cooked chaufa.I even went out of my way calling and asking to speak with the manager. I was informed he was busy and to hold and speak to someone. I was on hold for a long time and nobody came on the line.Since I was unable to share my horrible experience with someone then this is my only option, leave a review.Save yourself grief and go somewhere else.
