We had a blast for our lunch together today. There were about 25 of us and the food and service were great! ?? I got the special shrimp tacos and they were very good. I also got a burrito with the sweet pork! OMG ? Wheelchair accessibility: I have a wheelchair and I parked in the WEGMANS parking next to Cafe Rio. It was a very busy day today but they got everyone's order grear service and we had an awesome time View all feedback.

Mother’s Day I placed an order for pickup. My husband went to pick up my order. He waited for a bit over 45 minutes after the expected pickup ready time. FaceTimed him several times , between the hours of 5pm-6pm the location was not busy. When he finally made it home with my order my order had some other kind of meat on it , instead of the steak I asked for on my taco. Very disappointed. I choose this taco place out... Food was great as always but the employee over charged me and had zero care or desire to fix it even when made aware of error
If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Not only was I rushed, i was ignored when i asked questions and the woman packing my meal did not complete her job. She simply asked is that it multiple times loudly and said for here or to go while i was trying to let her know ive never been here before and was unsure what all was offered. I ended up leaving with something i did not originally plan to order. The atmosphere was dirty and the accent lights and decor had a large amount of dustas well as grease on the grease hoods. The lettuce i was offered was essentially water and ice with a side of lettuce. Absolutely soaked my bowl in water making it soggy. She did not drain the water before sloppily putting together the meal. If i was paying i would have left. But unfortunately i was with company and did not want to interrupt my day. There was no line behind me as well I thought i might say, as well as i had tried ordering online through the app several times including on different phones and different people trying and the app was not working so we had to order instore instead of online for pick up. Reading off the meal i wanted to order i was interrupted and treated like there was a line of 60 people behind me. After 10 years in the restaurant and service industry ill never recommend this location nor will i ever be returning. Hopefully there can be more training or new hires who are actually going to be doing their job. Very disappointing for a first time customer.

Cafe rio never fails to impress me, the food is always free and heated , I definitely will come back and recommend for anyone
Walked in and identified myself a as new customer at the counter. *crickets* I told the lady I wanted to try the Pollo Asada burrito. She started to plop things in my burrito that I didn’t want and she had to remove, cheese. She covered my burrito in enchilada sauce. Why on earth?? ?? She barely said a word to me in the entire process. After I paid she left the register and I reached over and got my own receipt. Food was ok. Place was clean. Tortataco is right down the road off 118 and it’s has way better Mexican food and definitely customer service. Don’t think I will return and I would recommend just going to Tortacos. ? Parking: Tons of parking next to Bank of America Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and not many people inside at all. Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors easy to get a wheel chair in but not powered door.
