Jibeichuan Noodle House Jì Běi Chuān Huā Jiāo Jī Mǐ Fěn

I always get the pork intestine mixed rice noodles with extra beef tripe. Both are tender and flavorful. Please give it a try; you won’t regret it.

Jibeichuan Noodle House exceeded our expectations. The dry rice noodle with beef was a highlight. They also had very good fried dumplings. You can either order a combo including a noodle dish, an appetizer, and a soft drink/hot tea. The staff were friendly. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere.

I ordered the beef belly soup. I found out I don’t like beef belly, but the rest of the noodles and soup were fantastic. They give plenty of veggies, too, and the tofu soaked up all the soup. It’s really good quality and quantity for the price. Service was very attentive as well.

If you have a peanut/tree nut allergy, please double check!!! I ordered two dishes for take out: the Fish Maw soup and a dry-mixed noodle. I had informed them that my brother had a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and asked for no nuts in the dry-mixed noodle. While they did not include any crushed peanuts on top of the dry mixed noodles, I believe the sauce itself contained an allergen. Luckily, my brother did not have more than a mouthful before he reacted but I was really disappointed that I had asked for no nuts, informed them that my brother had a nut allergy, and that there were no allergens listed on the item description.

The two noodles we ordered were extremely tasty, reasonably priced (one was a lunch special with drink and scallion pancakes added on), and full of ingredients. There was also abundance of chili sauce and additional seasoning present on the table if required. Finally, owner was kind enough to allow me to bring my little doggy in. She stayed in her bag the entire time and didn't make any noise. Appreciated the flexibility with allowing us, so thanks again.
