Nach einem recht gelungenen Abendessen im Desperado in Gerlafingen, wurde es beim Bezahlen mühsam. Ich hatte einen Gutschein (100.-). Das Nachtessen kostete aber nur 55.-. Daher durfte das Servicepersonal den Gutschein so nicht annehmen. Ich verlangte, den Chef sprechen zu können. Laut ihm ist eine Auszahlung des Restbetrages sowie die Anpassung des Gutscheins auf 45.- nicht möglich. Dies akzeptierte ich so nicht, so... View all feedback.
I celebrated my birthday with my family. The service was very polite and accommodating, they gave us good suggestions and the food was very tasty. We were all satisfied and felt very comfortable. We will definitely stop by again!
Very disappointed. This restaurant used to be very tasty and had very friendly staff. Food wasn't tasty at all. Service was very bad, the waiter came 3 times to ask who ordered what and then brought the wrong thing. Said three times without cheese but unfortunately this didn't work. Asked for salt, never got it. Bring the main course while you're still eating the starter NO GO! Once after reopening and never again ;
Coincidence led us to Desperado in Gerlafingen, next time we will go there specifically. The food was very good, the portions were large and the service was friendly

Very nice little place. We had fun. Delicious and plentiful food. Good service, good prices.
