I typically judge places based on their service, and this time was no different. I'm not sure why they struggle to get orders right most of the time.

The waiting time is consistently long, and it's common to see a line stretching into the road. Orders are often delayed as well. Despite this, nothing seems to change, yet we all keep going back. When you do manage to get that rare hot, fresh food, it's what keeps bringing you back for more!

To make matters worse, during our recent visit, we pre-ordered via the app, only to arrive and still wait 20 m... read more Both times we ordered, our orders were incorrect. To make matters worse, during our recent visit, we pre-ordered via the app, only to arrive and still wait 20 minutes. When we got home, we discovered that items were missing and the burgers were completely wrong. This is simply unacceptable. It is frustrating to have to return just to get the missing items and I shouldn't have to call and complain about these issues, especially when I've spent a considerable amount on these orders and waited a long time for them. I strongly urge the restaurant to make some changes: hire more staff, especially during peak hours, and ensure that more than one person is managing front-of-house operations. Additionally, it would be great if staff could double-check orders before they leave the restaurant. As a customer, I will do my part by being more attentive while placing and picking up orders, but making this experience better should be a team effort to ensure that basic procedures are followed correctly.
