The woman who took my order was very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity and clearly explained which dishes I could and couldn't have. Essentially, almost everything except for the pasta and pizza could be made gluten-free. She mentioned that the papadum served with the lamb curry was not gluten-free, which took me by surprise since all the papadum I've encountered has been gluten-free. I have an Indian colleague who confirmed that some varieties are indeed made with wheat flour. When my lamb curry arrived, it included the papadum, and the server assured me it was gluten-free. Given the conflicting information, I decided not to eat the papadum. However, the rest of the meal was delicious and didn’t cause me any issues.
