I ordered two Son of Baconator burgers and a single Bacon Cheeseburger with just ketchup. However, I received a junior burger with bacon, a single bacon burger with all the toppings, and a Son of Baconator burger. As a 16-year-old who just played hockey and wanted a kids meal, I now have to make extra food at home. I paid for what I ordered but feel like I got less and got ripped off. Despite being the only customer in the restaurant, I did not receive someone else's order. This will be the last time I visit Wendy's at this location.
I have never written a negative review before, but this Wendy's location is really disappointing. I live in town and Wendy's is my favorite fast food place, and their food is usually great (although they sometimes get the order wrong, 4 stars for that). However, there is one lady who ruins the whole experience. Anyone who has been here in the last few months knows who I am talking about. The older woman who always wears a mask and sunglasses, even at night, is the most miserable person I have ever encountered. She is incredibly rude and makes every customer feel like they are a burden. I understand that working in the service industry can be tough, as I have also worked in it, but she takes it to a whole new level. Despite trying to be polite to those preparing my food, she barely speaks and when she does, it is not pleasant. I have never seen someone who can make people feel so uncomfortable so quickly and severely. She should not be in the service industry. I would suggest making her a cook, but I fear she would try to sabotage everyone's food. This woman is truly terrible. I wonder who thought she was a suitable choice to represent the business at this location. My friends have mentioned her disrespect and rudeness in conversation because they are shocked by it. The service here is absolutely terrible. I can only imagine how she treats people when she is not representing the company.
If I had to sum up this Wendy's location in one word, it would have to be "awful" (though that doesn't quite capture how bad it really is). Everything from the setting, atmosphere, food, and the employees is a complete disaster. The drive-thru takes a minimum of 20 minutes, even for a single item, and I found blonde hair in my fries. Additionally, they never get your order right. If you do go back to complain, they'll somehow make it seem like you're the one at fault because good customer service is nonexistent here. I suggest avoiding this place at all costs - it's terrible.
Why does a fast food chain employ people at the drive thu who don't speak??? Just left the drive thru and the lady with a mask at the window said nothing. Just handed the debit machine to tap and handed the food. I hope they replace fast food drive thru with automated machines with service like this.
Ordered in the drive through tonight they asked me what I ordered then I watched as a customer brought food up to the front counter in the store and they turned their back to me and served me the food someone just brought back in. When questioned the guy said he didn’t even tho I watched him then slammed the window on my face. This place is a mess every single time I come here. Never again
