I placed two separate orders, and the way I was treated was quite careless, as if my requests were an inconvenience for the staff. Breaking news! When we finally reached the drive-thru window, it was painful to see that this entire busy location only had one young man managing everything. It's a shame, considering the money this franchise makes. I genuinely hope they improve or face closure, as it’s disheartening to see someone so eager to work in a stifling environment like this!
Why are your dining doors closed at this time of the day in the middle of a busy area? Don't make sense. Restaurants were never like that. You can publish on the schedule you see. to the current schedule until the doors open. Now everything happens when you feel that way. Not good!
This location always seems to be struggling because of low staffing. I feel terrible for the staff that *are* there because of how overwhelmed they must be they haven't been able to staff enough for dine in in a while. The drive thru line is often many cars long, wrapping around the building, and moves at a glacial pace. That being said, the employees are friendly. I just wish management would do better.
They close their lobby often and have limited people working. We waited 20+ min. to order food because they only take one order at a time and won’t place another order until they finish the first order. Seems like they are trying to make their times look better to corporate instead of actually being fast.
