I hate to admit it but I kinda like Starbucks after overtly bad mouthing them for the longest time. The only time I'll go there is with my wife because I don't know the menu nor how to order. The names and sizes of drinks are like a whole different language to me, one that I've never seemed to take an interest in learning. The service really disappointed me. I watched them misplace the order, and then when they finally found where one of the kids put the order sticker, they still managed to get it wrong. I didn't even complain to them or tell them it was wrong because I waited way too long to get my drink than I should have to begin with. There wasn't any coordination. Maybe it was who was on shift?
