panera has a few vegan selections on their online menu, but the personal is not helpful to be products that are vegan. I had the soba with edamame and it doesn't taste good at all. the broth has no taste and it is not seasoned, and this includes salt as last resort option they have two dishes, but from what I have seen I would try to go anywhere else.
