Mcdonald's - Georgetown

Ordered by the app was waited here in the drive through the line for 10 minutes and then had to sit in the reserve space for another 15 minutes. For 3 drinks!!! Will not come back to this place. Bad customer service. In addition, one of the drinks was 3/4 full.

The manager yesterday refused to let me take my Doordash order because I had cancelled the previous one, as it was in a different city far away. She told me that I’m not allowed to do so, which is absolutely untrue. I do not work for McDonald’s. I do not answer to McDonald’s. I drive for Doordash, and they allow me to refuse orders for any reason that I see fit.I had to call my dispatching office and have them call her to tell her to release the food to me. By this time, they had given the order to another Dasher.Because of this, I contacted my dispatcher and had them permanently remove all McDonald’s locations from my deliveries. I will never deliver for any McDonald’s location again.

It says dine in and they still bagged it. Also had to ask for my shake after my food was already served

They always have the lobby closed and aren't very helpful to door dashers. They let certain customers in and then lock the door. I literally just needed to pick up an order and had waited in drive thru line but saw two people go in. I decided to try to go in but the door was locked. A worker noticed me and told someone else who just decided not to come to the door. I understand everyone is short staffed but to be dismissed completely is absolutely rude.

Doors to lobby were locked during open hours. The app allowed us to order frappes only to be told at the drive thru speaker that they can't do them. Ended up going to the Austin Ave location and they were awesome. Will go out of my way to avoid this McDonald's location.
