They accidentally messed up my pickup order, i called in and they were super sweet and offered to remake my food, excellent customer service and everyone was super nice!Food: 5/5

We love this place so much. Love isn’t even a strong enough word. We are obsessed. We literally have to stop ourselves from getting this every single week. My husband gets the General Tso Chicken and I get the Kung Pao Tofu. Both are sooo good.Food: 5/5

Meat was as tough as shoe leather. I don't know what happened. I went there a couple years ago and it was awesome. I live far away so never been back until just now. I went significantly out of my way to make it back and the food was a real disappointment. was pretty expensive too.Food: 1/5

I usually don 't eat at subpar Chinese resturant because of the obvious stated reason, it 's below average! I just came from the airport, I 've been traveling, I was tired and hungry and no energy to search an authentic Chinese resturant. I wanted to eat honey walnut shrimp and Fortune Garden offered it on their menu. I had no expectation it would to be great but I was blown away how unacceptable it was!Whomever is the chef definitely needs to be fired for his lack of cooking skills! Honey walnut shrimp comes with candied walnuts not cashews!! The batter was so thick, there was no crisp to it and lathered in mayonnaise alone!! If you don 't know how to cook a decent edible honey walnut shrimp, then take it off your menu!The other dish I order was just as horrible! The sauce was way too heavily pungent and the beef was overcooked.The dining area was dirty. The floors needed to be swept and mopped and tables were left uncleaned!

If you want a restaurant you can count on, this may not be the one. I've ordered on-line twice for pick-up, and both times the order has been inaccurately filled. I prefer a restaurant that I can rely on to get the order correctly, and I don't discover their repeated mistakes once I get home.
