This place is really great. It seems simple and unprofessional from outside, but it serves the best, most traditional Turkish cuisine at the lowest prices in Ghent. The owners are suuuper friendly. You usually get a free drink after your meal (from your choice). Definitely one of my favorite places to have a fast, high-quality lunch in Gent on a budget. View all feedback.

First too much time waiting, then they bring other things that we do nor order and finally the frites tasted like if the use car oil instead of oil for cooking. The salad is as well very bad for that price. View all feedback.
Very tasty meal. Friendly owner. Without any problem, he served a special spicy tomato sauce upon request. Also asked for no lettuce for our daughter, but since she likes tomatoes, I think she got a whole tomato Perfectly cooked meat and very nicely served. To be repeated! It is terrible. The positive reviews are likely paid off or family. My daughter assumed the place had to be a front for some unsavory side hustle since they sure didn't care about it being a place people would eat. If you are into smelling second hand smoke from people just sort of hanging out at the back tables in an empty restaurant, this place might be for you, especially if you are interested in flavorless, likely less than fresh, boring food that looks nothing like what is represented on their web profile. Stale bread messed up the order in an upcharge kinda way basically raw onion side salad that was terrible main courses were essentially the same and in no way did any of them seem fresh, flavorful, or cooked by a person who cared or had skill. Top! It has become a must-see when we go to Ghent. The dishes are delicious and the service is at the top. Friendly atmosphere assured!!
