As somebody who travels a ton, I dont really have the highest expectations for these stop food locations but this was genuinely horrible. For starters, the service and management were very inefficient. The coffee machines were empty, there was no creamer, no ketchup was on display or offered to me, and the ice machines were empty. If this isnt enough, the frisco was undercooked and not hot. No gravy. Because the frisco was so horrible we had asked if we could swap it out for something else or possibly return it. She answered no, which in no way am I trying to he inconsiderate but seriously? The frisco is the most expensive on the breakfast menu and somehow the worst made? Employees from the back side eyed us, and the actual hardees itself looked unclean. In no way am I a Karen, but this is horrible.

Employees refused to put ice in the sodas machines, so sodas are flat. I told them twice and they still wouldn't add ice to the machine. Theres no one in line or even eating in this building!!! Custamer #52 was just called up, took their bag of food with a Not to happy look on their face! Yeiks!! Humm? The worker just shurged her shoulder and ROLLED HER EYES!!!!I 'm not staying! ???Theres even a broken window in the sitting area that looks like someone 's big butt tried to go through it!This whole turn pike is depressing!They need to add some happyness COLOR to it!!?
