We had a lovely experience and the team at intercontinental were especially accommodating to me and my family, The lovely night duty manager who assured our com... read more We had a lovely experience and the team at intercontinental were especially accommodating to me and my family, The lovely night duty manager who assured our comfort and the friendly doorman Nabil who was always ready to help and strike up a friendly conversation with me and my younger brother as our parents were busy, he gave us much information as we were tourists who weren’t aware of all the details about the botanical gardens and ensured we fully enjoyed our trip there, he also helped us navigate our way comfortably, Florentine the sweet housekeeping lady was always especially accommodating and friendly, Lauren i believe at the breakfast every morning lightened our moods and was always so energetic and bubbly aswell as the sweet server Sara who was very kind to be around and helpful at breakfast , we visited with our family this december vacation and had a lovely time.
