An amazng 5 courses experience with perfect service and wine recommnedations.

He suggested we do a quasi pairing where we could taste by the glass and be able to say no, instead of having to do a full pairing like I am used to in the US. The wait staff was so accommodating. I thought I was over fine dining but this experience changed my mind.
