The hot po... read more I went to this place twice and both times I had a great experience. I tasted both the hot pot and a dish from La carte and I was satisfied with both. The hot pot was a fun experience and the servings from the menu (I took menu B) were more than enough to be filled, the broth was delicious and the spicy one wasn’t too spicy. The separate dishes were also delicious and the portion size quite big. The servers were nice, I would say to make sure you paid the right amount, I split the bill with multiple people and without realizing we payed 20CHF extra and the server didn’t even notice. Thankfully we checked one last time and they gave us back the surplus. But I recommend this place, really great.

Everything meat and fish is served frozen and the quality is not great at all, The broth is good, the spice good but much too spicy. The waitresses are not pleasant at all, they are sad and not helpful at all! The only smile we had was when we left ; And the dessert included in the formula is 3 lychees per person because the ice cream had to be reserved, lol!

She... read more This place used to be my go-to for Hot Pot, however this has changed. The service was terrible compared to previously, we were charged 3chf for soya sauce? She tried to insist my friend took it despite us repeatedly saying she didnt. We were also only suggested the combo option for the Hot Pot when asking for the menu and ONLY upon us insisting she brought us the sheet with the individual hot pot orders... a shame they tried to fool us and treat us as if we are stupid. We also weren 't offered the same eating utensils as the rest, and we kept needed to ask for the basics (i.e. a large spoon to take things out of the Hot Pot, which is a BASIC need? . A shame they tried to fool us and treat us as if we are stupid. We will NOT be back again.
