T... read more Upon arriving at the location you are met with a feeling of relaxation and class. One might expect to be ushered into a dinning room , seated and faffed over. This is not the case with intensus. Welcome! One cannot begin to describe the feeling of both warm and grandeur when you arrive. Met with friendly faces from around the world you are automatically enthralled. What could this evening entail? I won't spoil it for you with to many details but I shall speak of my experience. This chef is not messing about. Both simplicity and extraordinary execution is how I would describe both him and his food. A love for ingredients and how they speak to him is very apparent in his cooking. Worldly influence abound in his cooking and are only highlighted by his commitment to them. This was one of the most outstanding experiences of my life and left with both a feeling of wow and I wish it didn't have to end. The feeling of elation when eating is something i find to hold greater value then the food itself, you chef achieved that and more! Thank you to your whole team for the incredible experience.

We have spent an amazing eve, we have started the experience with people we didn't know, and finish like almost friends!The menu was fantastic, really pure taste, discovery on each plate, innovative, tasty, honestly extraordinary! The place was really cosy, and we spent a really nice and unforgettable moment! We are really used to star restaurant, but this one, WAOUH!Congratulations to the whole team, and we re really looking forward to a new experience with you!

The following day, we arrived at the location, a bit unsure about what to expect apart from the many excellent comments on TripAdvisor (now I understand why). The chef Olivier and his wife Katie welcomed us by our names, almost as if we already knew each other. We were then introduced to the other guests around a first drink. Everyone got comfortable after 5 minutes.Then the serious part started. We savored over 15 amazing dishes, getting better and better over time. Wines were matching food extremely well. Katie was incredible in animating the evening and Oliver explained his background, the concept and his dishes. A genuine food lover paradise. At the end of the evening, we were invited to taste more amazing and rare liqueurs and spirits. The first guests reluctantly started leaving when it got quite late. We left too at some point, with the feeling of having made new friends and having spent a unique moment. Cannot wait for next time!Eric
