Was Halkidis at Fenomeno a mag?
Good location, near famous Hotel Wilson and lakefront. Some tables outside and stylish interior. We took pastas, which were tasty. Same time music was playing loud, but it didn 't matter, because we knew this wasn 't some normal dinner restaurant, but more as a bar/lounge that serves good food. My favourite bar in Paquis. The bartenders are super cool and so is the owner. Turns into a full blown night club at mid night on weekends. Highly recommended.
