Hotel Bristol delivered a five-star experience and then some. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every interaction reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. A special thank you to Adam, Guillaume, Oceania, and Dennis, the hotel manager, for making us feel so welcome. Dennis even took the time to personally stop and ask about our visit, demonstrating the kind of leadership that creates an outstanding service culture. We also want to recognize the many other team members whose names we unfortunately didn't catch. From the bell staff and front desk professionals to the concierge, housekeeping, and bartenders, every person we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and eager to help. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of many of the city's major attractions, with public transportation conveniently located right outside the front door. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed, and digitally enabled, providing every comfort we could have wanted. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Bristol and look forward to returning on our next visit.

They manage to combine flavors in a way that feels truly unique, and the presentation is simply stunning. The balance between price and quality is absolutely perfect. The sets are very affordable while delivering exceptionally high quality. The service is strong as well — it was a bit slow at the beginning, but quickly found a very good pace. Honestly, this feels close to Michelin-level cuisine. I strongly suggest coming here before they receive a star and become overpriced or hard to book.
