The menu was well-paced and well thought out, with some stellar cooking from chef Quentin and the team. A warm welcome from the Front of House team made us feel at home and able to enjoy the feast provided. A complete Carte Blanche menu meant zero decision to make, with some handsome dietary alternatives seen at other tables. I would highly recommend as one of the best restaurants in Geneva.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful and spoke English with my mum to explain the dishes to her better. I relied on the head sommelier’s advice for the wine and it paired perfectly with the food.

I had the six... read more Last evening of indulgence of my Trip to Geneva, and what an extremely sensational one it was! My first time at Arakel, and certainly not my last. I had the six-course surprise menu (and even then I realised I needed to brush up on my French) and what Chef Philippe Quentin and his team conjured up was absolutely amazing. From the first amuse-bouche to the petit fours, it was a culinary experience of the highest order. Top-class wines and the wonderful service provided by Emeline Gigaud and team rounded off the evening to make it an unforgettable experience. Many thanks to the whole team!

I wish they had more interesting wines by the glass and a broader selection so we could have tried more in their collection. The dining tapas were ok but not exceptional and expensive for the size. The eggplant and beef were standout but everything else was average. We had really high hopes but were a bit disappointed in the end by the price/quality ratio at the end, even for Geneva.
