Simple Sweets Bakery - Geneva

I've been here on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The bake goods have always been fresh, creative and tasty abd fairly priced. I've also pre-ordered items and have had nothing but positive experiences with them.

Personally one of my favorite cafes in Geneva, they have amazing sweets, and decent lunch, the lady that is always there (i'm assuming she is the owner is such a sweet lady and always makes you feel so welcome :

Generally don't have a bad experience here, however today was the worst. I come in for an iced Chai latte, my phone recently updated and I no longer had Google pay and just needed to download the app. The older woman behind the counter made a big deal about me asking if she would help the people behind me in line while I got the app. She claimed she could not close the order without payment. I told the woman if she was going to make such a big deal about it I did not want the Chai and I was going to leave, she then proceeds to tell me she made the drink and that I couldn't leave without paying for it. I exited the line while the app downloaded and by some miracle she was able to close the order without payment. I then got back in line and paid for my drink and left. Will not be returning as this is the most ridiculous conversation I've ever had while trying to order a drink anywhere.

Clean, courteous and outstanding baked goods and great selection for lunches. Would highly recommend for both!! 5 Stars!!

The healthy treats are great, I love you to offer these snacks. The owner (family) and their staff are super friendly and helpful. Nice place to visit!
