The employees are rude and make it obvious they don 't want... read more This was the single worst fast food experience of my life. This KFC restaurant should be shut down. The employees are rude and make it obvious they don 't want to help you. They don 't have cutlery so you can 't even eat half the food you order. Therestaurant was DISGUSTING (food on floors and tables, garbage overflowing, floor was sticky). The woman who took my orderrefused to give me a receipt. I explained I needed one and she nastily retorted, should have said that before you ordered! Iwaited 15 minutes for my food while watching people that came way after me get their food. I finally say something and theemployee I spoke to had the nerve to argue with me that they gave me my food already. I insisted I had not gotten my food andthey could see me and my party in the lobby the whole time just waiting for our food. The employee walks away, puts together ourboxes (with the wrong sides) and leaves our tray of food on the counter without apologizing or even letting me know my order wasup. They closed the lobby very early (around 7:30pm) while we were still dining. Proceeded to turn customers at the door awayand tell them too bad, go to the drive thru if you really want it. I 'm honestly surprised corporate allows this place to be afranchise location with how terrible the experience is here. I will never step foot in this location again

I got sick after my last order from here before the renovation, and the food was already really bad back then. I went back, hoping the food quality had improved after the remodel, but unfortunately, it’s still disgusting. The burrito barely resembled a burrito and certainly wasn't worth the $4 I paid for it. Fingers crossed I don’t get sick this time!
