What Dude Mann doesn't like about East End Grill:
Ordered 2 burger medium rare and they came out not well done but burnt (see pictures). They were not edible. Received only a fraction discount. Asked to speak to the manager was told the owners were here. They refused to speak to me. Said they were busy. It was the off season during lunch and not busy at all. Jay deserves a raise! Incredible service, broke up a fight with the upmost diplomacy, and mopped/trouble-shot an overflowing toilet in the men’s bathroom! An absolute goddess!!! View all feedback.
