Once again, a great experience... fabulous service and the dishes are all refined and tasty. The wine proposed was also very good. Particularly interesting their seafood dishes. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Teatro Cucina Italiana:
Nothing exceptional about the food but it is ok. You should understand what is starter what is main course on the menu evaluating the price of the food. But the worst service that I seen for a while. The waiter is an attitude of teacher and dare to say close the door behind you when you enter into restaurant. So this is the welcome, imagine the rest. We took the Discovery menu and it was not impressive. Maybe better if you choose your own dishes. we were disappointed in the selection.
Very delicious food and great atmosphere, it was just a bit cold inside
Perfect food and ambience!
Great wine, court and atmosphere. and soou nice fellow worker! teatro could be my favorite restaurant in genf. I have to come back to have a beautiful dinner.
We arrived to no people in the restaurant. The waitor asked us if we wanted to start off with a cocktail and recommended something called a ‘frozen apero’ but all we got was just a normal apreol spritz. We decided to go with a 6 cours menu and honestly it was incredible disappointing. We got greek yoghurt with some fish eggs as a starter with bread that did not taste fresh. Second cours was paprika with anjovis, and it really looked like it was directly out of the canister. Third course was a grey looking tartar of beef (despite it being a seafood restaurant) then we got ceviche that we sent back as it was not edible (tasted like vinegar) one langustine followed which was the best dish, lastly we got octopus on top of a big potato. Overall this with a bottle of wine cost us over 400chf
