Such an incredible dinner! Fresh and balanced with delightful ingredients in harmony. Paul and Sully were fantastic. So happy we chose this spot as our one dinner in Genève. The escargot (first time trying them , Corsican sea bass and the Aubrac beef (roast beef special ‘of the moment’ were 10/10, no notes. We will cheer to them when they get their first star!
A brilliant restaurant in Geneva city centre! The food was succulent, and the concept is quite nice, with a ‘chef’s table’ offering a view of the kitchen. The menu offers a limited selection, but all the dishes are of excellent quality and include vegetarian, meat and fish options, for both starters and main courses. The man who appeared to be the owner explained that the menu changes regularly, which is a nice touch. Definitely a good pick !
I was somewhat disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. Our order was taken incorrectly, and although the courgette spaghetti were delicious, we then had to wait nearly an hour for our main courses. The presentation of the sandre was quite different from what we expected: instead of being served as a fillet, it came in a mousse-like form. For a fish of such high quality, I believe this should be clearly indicated on the menu. The veal breast dish was good in terms of flavour, but there was very little actual meat, as it consisted of a single slice with a significant amount of cartilage. The chevreuil was reportedly good, but since I did not order it myself, I cannot comment on it in detail. I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant and would have loved to leave a positive review; however, several aspects of the experience meant that it did not meet my expectations.
Honestly was blown away by this place. The staff was amazing, chefs included. Was quiet when we arrived and weren't so sure about it but glad we stayed. Food was delicious, wine and cocktails also amazing.
