The drinks and food were okay, bu... read more We stopped by for a drink and a snack on August 21, as we arrived in Geneseo quite late, and other places were already closed. The drinks and food were okay, but our experience was completely ruined by the bartender's appalling behavior that night. I don't know the full story, but she was shouting at a young girl patron, who was with her friends, and it wasn't just yelling—she was cursing, and the girl looked like she was about to cry. I understand this bar is popular with college students since it’s so close to campus, and they can sometimes be rowdy, but I haven't seen these kids do anything to deserve such an aggressive outburst from the bartender. If this had happened in New York City, I doubt she would still have her job afterward.
