Was told I could go pick up my transfer order from Spec's at Feldman's . When I got there, the guy told me he couldn't sell them to me as it was in transit, but was still there at the store. I drove out of my way. He was the manager and did nothing to accommodate an angry customer. So after I left, I called Spec's and they were very apologetic and helped me out for future purchases.
