Pizza Hut - Geismar

My experience was horrible. We were told our order would be ready for 7:13 and it was not ready until 8:10. The lobby was packed with people waiting on orders with the same problem. The manager that was at the register stated that the website was giving out the wrong estimated time and they were more than 10 orders behind. Well I guess the manager got frustrated and left without saying anything to the people in the lobby or the employees. He just left. He finally returned about 15 minutes later. By this time several people cancelled their order due to frustration. This is not the first bad encounter at this pizza hut but definitely the worse. I will not be returning

I placed an order at 7:44 PM and was given a delivery estimate of 23-33 minutes. Since 8:15 PM, I have been trying to reach this location but keep getting hung up on. I contacted Pizza Hut's headquarters to file a complaint and request a refund. Now it’s 8:59 PM, and the order is still showing as “we’re making your order.” My husband is still waiting for his dinner! All headquarters could tell me is that the general manager would reach out within 1-3 days. I asked about the status of my husband’s food, but unfortunately, I cannot contact the location directly. I even did a conference call with headquarters and this location. I will NEVER order from this location again! After my experience with headquarters, I am unlikely to use Pizza Hut again at all. This has been an absolute joke!

Iam changing my review this place is getting worst and worst wnad worst i bought 2 pizzas i had hungry teens at home so i need something ready and good so i don't have to cook and this horrible pizza is what we got.... please if u can go somewhere else do it!!.... I dont recomend this place ... run run away from it. PS. Insted of double cheese pizza was doble crust pizza... what a disappointment....

If I could give this no stars I would. This was just horrible, first my pizza was wrong. I can't even describe the cinnamon rolls. Just all wrong. There is no way this is cooked.

I have to confess, it's been quite a few years since I last had Pizza Hut. I finally decided to give them another shot, and I'm so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered an original hand-tossed pizza with three meats, topped with the classic marinara and Hut's original crust, as well as a thin crust Supreme with sweet marinara. My favorite part was definitely the sweet marinara, while my husband loved the herbs and cheeses on the crust edge. We will surely order again!
