It's now taking 1.5 we... read more As of November 26, 2024 One thing in advance: I haven't been there yet. The path to a successful booking is difficult and nerve-wracking. It's now taking 1.5 weeks because emails are only responded to sporadically. And when an answer comes, you think you're writing to a child. Spelling and grammar are virtually non-existent. I imagine correspondence with paying guests to be different. Rating will be adjusted when the stay is over (should one occur).

When we checked in, we noticed that the... read more Unfortunately disappointing stay no recommendation Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was anything but satisfactory. When we checked in, we noticed that the reception staff were difficult to reach. The front desk was often unstaffed, and when you could reach someone, the help was disengaged and inadequate. The reception opening times stated were apparently not adhered to. The breakfast was another big point of criticism: at one point the restaurant was completely closed, even though we had booked with breakfast. Next time there was only a very limited selection, which by no means met expectations. The scrambled eggs looked like they were from the day before and the glasses were dirty and unhygienic. The cleanliness in the room also left a lot to be desired. It was not thoroughly cleaned and one would have expected much more for the price. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not appear to be sufficiently trained or motivated to ensure a pleasant stay. I expected much more for the amount paid and can't recommend the hotel under any circumstances. It's a shame that there are obviously people working here without sufficient experience in customer contact.

Parking spaces were available and there w... read more The facility is very new and really beautifully laid out. The pirate ships were very cute and the children loved them. Parking spaces were available and there was a real holiday feeling. In the Seeblick Restaurant, the kids were able to let off steam in the indoor playground after dinner and the parents were able to enjoy cocktails on the terrace. The minus is the musical sound system in the system ran until shortly before 11 p.m. Despite the windows being closed, sleeping was out of the question. Furthermore, as written, the facility is new and therefore everything seems clean BUT the rooms weren't really cleaned. Dirty towels, a laughing picture from the previous tenant on the mirror in the bathroom, toothpaste in the sink from the previous tenant and a full ashtray when we arrived on the terrace. All in all, one star deducted because of the cleanliness.
