What User doesn't like about Okami Japanese Geelong West:
If you are a big eater you'll get value for money. I err on the side of quality rather than quantity. Rather standard fare except for the teriyaki beef which I discovered a little too late into the meal. I did enjoy the sashimi selection as well. Vegetable kakiage was also nicely done. Presentation of beef cappacio was rather limp although the beef itself was tasty. Fried rice was rather lacking in texture and flavor... View all feedback. read moreDining at this restaurant offers guests a blend of impressive culinary delights and frustrating service quirks. While the food, particularly the sashimi and miso steak, garners praise for freshness and flavor, inconsistencies in service and portion sizes often leave diners wanting more. Patrons have noted missing orders and perplexing staff interactions, particularly regarding alcohol service. Still, many commend the quality relative to the affordable all-you-can-eat price point. With friendly staff and a lively atmosphere, this establishment holds promise, though improvements in service efficiency could elevate future visits. Overall, it's worth a try for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.
