Mav's - Geelong

Well i 'll start off by thanking all of the people who have left such poor reviews for mav 's... clearly your 'constructive criticism ' has been well received by the team... kylie and i had nothing but exceptional service and an awesome meal... for us to have a share plate that we couldn 't finish is a little unheard of... i ate, i ate... then i ate some more but couldn 't get through it... delicious tucker... to be honest i did get the feeling the bad reviews were weighing both on the owner/manager and his staff... who were always quick to make sure everything was ok every time i looked around (was honestly only catching my breath before digging back in)... conclusion is, don 't be put off by a few reviews that aren 't favourable... we loved mav 's and would recommend it to friends....

Absolute BEST seafood platter I have ever seen. It’s worth visiting Geelong, just to eat at this restaurant! Amazing service, great wine, lovely atmosphere and the freshest most delicious food! 10/10

First time last night for a date night with hubby and wow! Service was amazing, always making sure we were looked after, food was delicious, size of meals were huge and couldn't finish the mains. Restaurant staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable! Highly recommend this restaurant . Keep up the great service and food guys!

We enjoyed a great evening out with friends sharing the banquet. The food was so tasty and more than enough for all of us. We could not have had better service, attentive without being 'in your face '. I 'd highly recommend Mav 's for a very enjoyable place to eat.

1st time there this evening, with my Husband. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Being Valentines' Day, it was rather busy- but the staff were ever so attentive and the service was excellent!I I Highly recommend this place.. thank you!
