Kfc Westfield Geelong

I ordered a regular wrap up size and when I unwrapped the wrap it had corn chips, coleslaw, and 2 chicken strips . Ive never had corn chips before in my wrap is this something new

Don't order delivery through doordash. So I ordered delivery through the KFC app which actually was through door dash. This was ordered on queens birthday holiday so was expecting a little bit of a delay. Time said it would arrive at 2.04pm, I called support at 2.36pm because my driver who picked up the meal changed after arriving at the store, I was then instructed that my next driver would be another 20mins. Ok The service guy from doordash could contact the driver to even give me an update. When the food finally arrived after the driver spent 10minutes going around and around my block without calling as per requested it was 3.25pm. Literally 2hours after ordering. Worst part was I love KFC, and they clearly tried to compensate for the delay because they added extra potato and gravy, however they completely missed an entire portion of my order and the lack of communication was very poor. Overall Food taste, 6/10 it was warm but not hot by any means. Packaging 7/10 it looked clean, just didn't have everything I ordered. Delivery service 0/10 customer support was ok, but no update from business or even sorry for delay from driver or business Delivery time 0/10 simply terrible. Overall 2/5 and that's only because the food was good the next day aswell and the guy from doordash support compensated me for the delay after just the 1hr mark when I called to find out an update on status. Luckily my wife and I had nowhere to go, she was in labour and we had a home birth. Just would have been nice if she could have eaten before it got unbearable.

Where do I even start with this place if I could rate 0 stars I would it was the worst kfc experience I have ever had. I ordered a zinger box, the chips had little to no salt so they were no good, my wicked wings were over cooked and had no wicked, my burger literally had nothing in it, it was just bread and chicken no sauce or any thing, and the potato and gravy wasn’t any good either. The only good thing about the whole meal was my drink which I ordered a Pepsi freeze but that wasn’t working so I had a raspberry freeze. So after all that decently wasn’t worth the $30 we payed

The staff only took 2 minutes to bring out 2 complete meals. Fast service!

The staff is extremely kind and professional, the food is tasty and well-seasoned. The app has some glitches, but this is not the fault of the staff.
