But the worst... read more At the very starting, we noticed that the service was beyond fast, like collect the plates while we were eating yet. This happened the whole meal. But the worst part was paying the bill. We called few days before to book a table, then we have asked how much they would charge for a 7 years old girl. At the first calling they told that was free, then the second calling they said that maybe they would charge a little. Okay, but they charged 30 euros for the kid (the full price for an adult is 40 euros) . She ate ONE bread, HALF pasta with butter and the ice cream. When we noticed the price, we tried to speak with a very rude waitress that told us. She ate, she gonna pay , and we try to explain to her that the price was not fair. She just turned her back and waived her hand and started to yelling go go go away !!! She ruined our family Sunday lunch in every single sense!!! We felt so humiliated by that rude and nonsense waitress... Then she brought 10 euros, tried to give us and said here is your money, go away . Thankfully we don 't need 10 euros, we just was trying to say that the price was absolutely unfair and no sense. If you don 't want to have your meal ruined, don 't go there!!! I really wish that waitress have the same treatment that she gave us in same place, to feel how awful is!!!!

We called to book a table for 5 and asked if the 7 year old would have to pay the full price (40 euros) and they said it would be free for her. Just wanted to say that the person who called them to book a table speaks Italian so there was no language barrier, so they couldn't say we didn't understand them. They would take our plates out of the table without even asking if we had finished or not, making us feel very uncomfortable and rushed. At the we ended up having to pay 30 euros for 1/4 of the bread, the ice cream and a little bit of pasta that our 7 year old had even though they said it would be free but when asked about it they got very rude and didn't even want to listen to what we were trying to say and asked us to leave making us AGAIN feel very uncomfortable. We were not rude at any point so the way they treated us was completely uncalled for and very embarrassing because the other clients were also looking. We were there to have a good time with our family and friends but instead had our Sunday lunch ruined by their poor poor service. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy let alone to friends who are looking to have a good time with their family. I have never experienced such bad service and I can say that I have been to many places. We left the place completely disappointed and sad about the whole experience.
