The Melting Pot - Gatlinburg

The restroom was dirty. The dining areas were not ventilated well and smokey. The guy at the front desk was not welcoming. The whole experience here seems to have gone downhill. The food was good and waiter was decent but service was slow and not up to the level you would typically see.

It was our first time at the melting pot. We did the private dining. It was very nice. Couldn't if here the people at the booths beside us. The food was exceptional. We were nervous about doing the main courses ourselves. But it was really easy. Just an exceptional place to go for a night out. I highly recommend

I love the melting pot it’s my favorite restaurant in the whole world. Get the 4 corse meal with the alpine cheddar, then the house salad with house dressing. For the broth get mojo. Next select three of your favorite entrees. Ask for more veggies and dig into the fresh homemade sauces. Don’t forget the s’mores chocolate fondue.

Our server, Anthony, was just amazing. He made changes we wanted at the last moment flawlessly. He was professional and made us very comfortable. He was easy to talk to and very friendly. He really made us feel welcomed. Highly suggest you ask that Anthony be your server.

Very nice as usual. Don't know if it's just Gatlinburg, or Melting Pot in general, but there were changes made that we didn't care for. They didn't make the fondue in front of you, the server brought it out already made. The potatoes were also boiled before they brought them to the table.
