Delauder's Bbq - Gatlinburg

The best ribs I've ever had. No need for a sauce, these ribs were smoked and tender and juicy.

Looks Can be so deceiving for this place. It was a little hole in the wall. The bbq here is remarkably amazing. We got the brisket and it was cooked to perfection. 10/10 recommend.

WOW! That’s all I can say. This place was UNREAL. My husband absolutely loves brisket, and he said this was absolutely the best brisket he’d ever had in his life. The staff was really friendly, and we had the best experience. Thank you, Delauders! We are life long fans, and hope to see you again really soon.

BBQ was good, the sort of home cooked good, like you would make for yourself at home. Value for money is very reasonable. It’s a small old disused gas station and whilst they have 5 or more tables, their signage makes it clear large groups are not appreciated ? We got ours to go and it was very enjoyable.

When we arrived, the cars filled the parking lot. It's a non-tradional restaurant that was a former auto garage. We were a party of seven, and they didn't hesitate to make us feel welcome as they pushed some tables together. Just a few steps in the door, and you smell the delicious smoky barbecue. You know you are in the right place! The red and white checkerboard tablecloths and simplicity of the building inside and out tell you right away that Delauder's focus is on the food! They were very inviting as we enjoyed our ribs, sausage, brisket, and pulled pork. I also appreciated that they had cold beer to complement our lunch. Definitely check it out! We felt part of the family!
