Was User at Träkol a mag?
The food at Traköl was delicious with fresh, high-quality ingredients that melted in your mouth. The standout dish was the beetroot, rhubarb, and kürbissaat veggie dish - an unexpected joy! We also tried the lamb and sirloin steak, which were perfectly cooked but a bit rich and could have used something to balance it out. Unfortunately, there was no chocolate dessert on the menu and they were out of the goat cheese,... View all feedback.

What Russell M dislikes about Träkol:
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. There were no vegetarian options available for the main course, and the small plate I ordered arrived lukewarm. The staff seemed miserable and unhelpful. View all feedback.

Pleasant restaurant with views across the river tyne and indoor or outdoor seating. Visited on Sunday so only have experience of Sunday lunch menu. Mains were Beef or pork or lamb and a veggie choice and all with usual Sunday lunch yorkshire pudd and vegetables. Food was enjoyable with decent sized portions. Well worth a visit.

The food at Trakol was delicious, we stayed for the roast but you can scan the app for street food outside. I also enjoyed the Wylam Brewery IPA which was a good accompaniment to the roast meat.

My wife and I visited Trakol for the first time today and left in absolute awe of the food we had just eaten. We were there for Sunday lunch and between us tried the lamb and the pork belly, both of which were cooked to perfection. The cauliflower cheese stole the show. We made plans to return before we even left today's visit and told friends about it already.
