Today we visited this restaurant with our granddaughter, who loves pizza. According to your website, you are open between 12pm and 10pm. However, upon arrival, we encountered rude staff outside who informed us that the restaurant doesn't open until 5pm. There were no apologies for the confusion. Our granddaughter was very upset and started crying. We will not be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
My first visit here and I was very impreseed. Staff were friendly and attentive, the food was good, portions huge and prices inexpensive.
During a recent visit to the restaurant with my sister and family, we enjoyed delicious food at a great price. The staff were friendly and familiar with their regular customers. I will definitely return when I am next in Gateshead.
I would like to express my gratitude to Flag Flamur for the amazing dining experience. The food was fabulous, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the chef, Peter, deserves a special mention. I always like to try something different off the menu and it's never a problem here. Tonight, I requested fish cakes and not only were they superb, but I was also served delicious mushy peas. The quality of the food here is always top-notch and reasonably priced. My partner and I love dining at this restaurant, despite the 60-mile round trip. We can't wait to come back soon. Thank you all!
Excellent food and great service
Uncooked mussels and uncooked batter on the onion rings. Was such a let down as the food USED TO BE so good here
