Description

Muffin Break offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some patrons praise the delicious beverages and welcoming staff, others express disappointment in the service, food quality, and cleanliness. Pricing is a common concern, with some feeling the restaurant is overpriced for what is offered. The limited options for those with dietary restrictions, specifically regarding gluten intolerance, have also been a point of contention. Despite these issues, many enjoy the convenient location for a quick break during shopping trips. Overall, opinions vary from highly positive to somewhat negative regarding Muffin Break.

Extremely over priced for what they serve. Paid £5.60 for 2 bottles of pop. The numerous glasses we were given were all dirty and had dust in the bottom of them. When getting served the members of staff ignored me as their customer and stood talking between themselves. Had to wait for members of staff to finish talking and ask them to clear a table for us even though it was basically empty. Every table had dirty dishes and unwanted food on them.

My hubby and I recently popped into Muffin break for our caffeine fix whilst on an errand at the metro centre. We shared a blueberry muffin. I had an caramel frappe and hubby had an americano. Very lovely.

Just a quick stop for coffee and snack, couldn’t fault it. Staff were friendly despite a busy morning. Tables did need clearing, but we may of just arrived after a busy spell. Muffins were lovely and fresh.

We usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but today's service was disappointing. The staff were not very friendly and the Mars caramel muffin was quite dry. However, the flat white skinny was delicious. It's a shame about the muffin, as they are usually fresh here. It is worth noting that there is no restroom available at this location.
