What Anonym dislikes about Moti Jheel:
Visited as we were staying close. Good service but the food was not that good. The butter chicken was very sweet and not the butter chicken we are use to. We had a lamb dish and it was though and once again the sauce did...not taste the best. We had another chicken dish which I can not remember the name of it is was ok. Lovely large nan bread but over all the meal was disappointing. View all feedback.
I ordered a meal at 6:15 today after a long day at work and was disappointed when it arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes late after I called to inquire about it. The restaurant claimed they had not received the order, but then another employee said they had forgotten to pass it to the kitchen. When they tried to apologize, I asked them to cancel the order, but 15 minutes later the food arrived and I had to inform the driver that it was canceled. Whether they lied about receiving the order or the driver was incompetent, I would not recommend this restaurant for good service.
Awful goodbye. Not worth recommending. The picture speaks for itself. Take a look at the other reviews, I'm not the only one!
I have not dined at this restaurant in years. In the past, we always had a great dining experience. However, since the ownership changed, the food was bland and the chicken curry only had 3 small pieces. It was a terrible experience. I recommend going elsewhere.
Having shopped around for local take out, this is the place that me and my family have come back to. We have been regular customers for quite some time now and the food quality, service and price serves a package that can not be disputed. It takes a serious event for us not be be here at least once a week.
Terribble taste of food prices are also very high i will not order food from here again i asked them to make the dishes a bit spicy but they made them sweet
