This is probably the best place to eat when visiting Gatehouse of Fleet. We had lunch there and chose to sit outside to enjoy the sunshine while we dined. We brought along our two energetic spaniels and had previously eaten in the bar, but we wanted to enjoy the garden this time. The food was excellent, with generous portions and delicious flavors. Great place friendly staff. We hadn’t made a booking but my husband, pooches and I were made to feel very welcome for drinks, which because of the welcome resulted in dinner too! Thank you x
Beautiful to see this place in a school night. beautiful fish and chips made with excellent fresh fish in a light teig. pudding was also a tasty bite and a bottle house wine broke the bank not. we are coming back (again).
After one of the beautiful walks in the opposite has broken off. we didn't eat because we didn't eat long, but eating looked nice. we had some drinks. beautiful place
Delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. They accommodated vegans well and were dog-friendly. I considered giving it five stars, but the dull, old English-hating poster next to the pool table was a bit off-putting.
