We visited this restaurant which also doubles as a charming bookstore, complete with cozy nooks and crannies to relax and read in. The staff was friendly and well-informed, and they offered a delightful selection of homemade cakes. We tried the nourish bowl, a delicious combination of avocado, butternut squash, falafel, grains, hummus, and more. It was a fantastic experience that we highly recommend trying.
Brilliant little coffee shop in the centre of Wigtown serving the best home baking in the area. Wigtown is known for its bookshops and ReadingLasses is just one of many interesting establishments selling books and food. The cakes are particularly memorable and the choice unbelievable. The owner is the exceptional baker we were told and most definitely lives up to her reputation. Small, homely and welcoming. Wigtown has so much to offer and this may be up there with the very best.
Cosy atmosphere, lovely staff and great food. Everything tasted freshly made and great options for veggies and vegans. Special shout out to the selection of cakes!
