The staff was polite and friendly. Had house salad, it was so delicious, went back the next day and got the same salad! Grilled chicken with buffalodrizzle above. The blue cheese was so delicious! The Zaxbys in Gastonia is CLOSED! Can't rate anywhere if U don't eat / buy from there! DK what's going on!!!! Maybe nobody wants to wreak so they don't have the help. It is difficult to cook and run a register.!!! View all feedback.
I enjoy the Zax Snack. Ice tea was good. But sweet tea was too sweet. They have great ice. Service was fast and friendly. The newer designed layout of store seemed to be working out well.
The fact that shrimp is now being cooked in the same grease as the chicken is ridiculous. I have a selfish allergy and no where is there a sign or something saying we cross contaminate our food. I won’t be back.
Ordered the Zax snap combo. The food was really good and hot, good customer service.
Food came out cold spent 35 and change for lunch then they wanted to charge me .25 for a ranch definitely poor customer service. The manager looked at me straighten in the face and said yeah I see you spent 35 sauces Is .25 won’t be back
Amazing hot and delicious food , order was right, and they were quick getting our food to us Ashdown that was for the drive through
