I like zaxbys salat. I have it at a lot of different locations. that was my first time here. it was just as good as the rest. I thought that could be a heavier place as it is on us321 but it's good. there is a media that must be on the north side. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Really rude staff. Girl upfront ingnored and didnt acknowledge us for at 5 minutes (minimum). She was dealing with a mixup on an online order. Just a simple I 'll be with you shortly would suffice... ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Still, with zero acknowledgement. View all feedback.
Love this place, but last time I ordered a chicken house salad with an extra grilled chicken and they didn't give it to me, so I didn't get five stars.
Extremely disappointed. I orderd a 10 piece wing and new signature sandwich. And my wings where either over cooked or been sitting. They where crunchy and touch to chew and then my chicken sandwich was soggy, the bread an chicken patty. It also seems to have been sitting for awhile. Definitely was a waste of 20 dollars.
We were very disappointed with our visit. We were going through the drive thru. Asked for a chicken sandwich the picture showed a sandwich with a chicken breast on a bun. What we got was chicken strips and some kind of toasted bread. The worst part was the stripes were so hard we could not eat them. We were at the one on 321 north in Gastonia NC. Our cat's couldn't even eat it. My daughter salad was the only thing that we could eat. So I guess that was a $28.00 dollar lesson. Can not see us ever going back.
I went for lunch around 11:45. After waiting in the drivethru for about 15 mins, I ordered and left. Only to find out when I was eating that I got some hard boneless wings. Some were really small so they threw in a few extra, but they were hard too. Dr. Pepper was the best thing, but I went for wings.
We ordered the new chicken sandwich. The sandwiches were so small and so poorly put together. Being off the highway should make you wanna be better for more business.
